Andreia exceeds every challenge she comes across in her professional life.
Before she even finished her degree in Chemical Engineering, she received a research grant which resulted in an invitation to join Colquimica Adhesives as a R&D Engineer.

Her passion for manufacturing processes and operations drove her to change careers and accept a position at Bosch, as a Production Supervisor in VW projects. Three years later, Andreia embraced a new opportunity managing an entire production area and implementing Lean concepts in production process from scratch. As an extremely resilient and goal oriented professional, she delivered brilliant results increasing productivity in 40% and reducing thousands of euros in customers' claims costs.

Andreia aspires to help companies in achieving operational and business excellence, improving efficiency, defining strategy, developing the business and leveraging profits.
