HUMAN CENTRIC APPROACH AND PURPOSE THAT IGNITES SUCCESS

Sara knows that people are at the center of the greatest transformations. Rooted in her psychology background, this human centric approach is the fundamental characteristic of Sara's professional life so far. Always eager to establish connections and enable relationships, Sara is passionate for communication and she believes that purpose is the fuel that ignites success.

She has developed a skillset and a toolset on innovation, communication and management that allows her to be extremely agile and adaptable.

Sara worked as a Psychologist for 4 years, while also giving seminars to teachers and children and collaborating in a research group. Her passion for promoting personal growth through knowledge sharing, led her to work in a training and consulting company, where she acted as educational manager, while monitoring training and consulting projects. She then pursued a Digital and Marketing Strategy course whilst working in a startup marketing team, where she constantly looked for innovative tools and trends aiming to reach more people and improve community culture in the workplace.

Embracing change with a full heart and a curious mind, Sara reinvents herself professionally, bringing new ideas to the workplace. As her enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and innovation world grew, Sara became Reactor Innovation Hub’s Communication & Community Manager, an initiative created by Porto Business School, Bright Pixel (Sonae IM) and Lionesa, focused on gathering the corporate world with the startup ecosystem.

Nowadays Sara is a Project Manager of Entrepreneurship Programs at Center for Business Innovation - Porto Business School, where she designs and implements programs and events, activating the community around innovation and entrepreneurship topics.
