He has strengthened his substantial experience on the renewable and manufacturing sector, both in Portugal and overseas, leading several Business Units and managing more them 40M€ investment projects. With a background in Engineering and Industrial Management, he started his professional career at MAHLE GmbH, one of the leading producers of motor components for the automotive industry, working alongside Operation Managers and helping them with their improvement plans.
Today João leads the Portuguese Operations department in one of the biggest companies in Europe on the gift industry and is invested in guiding his team on the path to success.
