With a degree in Motorsport Engineering and a Magellan MBA at Porto Business School, Gaspar has 12 years of professional international experience in Motorsport.

Eager and fast learner, over the years evolved from a technical role to a more managerial one. This period involved workgroup, logistics and customer management, added to technical customer support, product design, production and development.

Having led numerous projects, these resulted in various motorsport titles. Skills include: project management, organizational, ability to work under pressure and adaptation to fast changing situations. One of his biggest challenges was to build a full in-house rally car for a race series, which was done successfully and now is being sold around the world.
