Ricardo combines his engineering background with his management skills to solve complex business problems.
He’s a sharp-minded professional that generates profitable solutions and boosts corporate productivity, whilst bringing people into the centre of the equation.

At his first master's in civil engineering, Ricardo improved his analytical skills and framework and was able to develop these skills by learning strategic thinking, tactical and operational management at his second master's in Services Engineering and Management, both taken at FEUP.

He kicked of his career as a Project Manager in a Portuguese Consulting Firm while managing end-toend projects - from sketch to delivery - for retail, logistics and education. He then moved to a Portuguese Logistics Company to act as an internal consultant managing end-to-end Digitalization Projects. He also had the opportunity to engage with different type of stakeholders while revising Business Models, raising operational efficiency, implementing new Information Systems and Kaizen Methodologies
