Priscila ‘s professional experience is quite impressive.
She’s a proud married mother of two and a microbiologist, with a PhD in public policies in Innovation, Intellectual Property and Development.
Throughout her extensive scientific prowess, she has studied the architecture of collaborative networks for scientific knowledge development and the suitableness of technology in vaccines. In UPorto Innovation, she designed patent applications reports and connected prospecting business with newly developed technologies.
For the past 12 years, Priscila has worked at INPI, the official Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office where she underlined how infographic data can build value for patent information. She also coached other professionals in intellectual property affairs, both at INPI and many different universities throughout Brazil, dealt with dilemmas at public administration in Internal Affairs, and taught in private institutions such as FGV and UCP.
At Fiocruz she did R&D, quality control of vaccines, biopharmaceuticals and was of a member of the team responsible with transfer biopharmaceutical products technology between Cuba and Brazil.
Lastly, she also prepared WHO / UNICEF audit documentation to prequalify the selling of vaccines to African countries.
