The ability to adapt to any environment has been Martim’s personal motto.

Martim is a voracious learner, who exhales teamwork that, for the past three years, has sought different challenges to improve himself. He was a professional basketball player for 12 years and knows how to react under pressure while helping his colleagues achieve a common goal.

Martim has previous professional experience in a multinational company, a medium size familiar company and an educational institution. He enrolled in the Magellan MBA, at the age of 27, with a BsC degree in Economics and MsC degree in Management and aims for an opportunity in Strategy & Marketing, preferably in company with a strong brand presence or social impact.

Passionate about Jazz and Theatre, Martim believes his improvisation and creative skills, leveraged with his passion and self-curiosity, will drive to professional success. As Charles Darwin said, “it is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change”.
