With a keen eye for organizational growth, Rita’ sense of belonging is what drives her forward.

Rita began at KPMG as audit team member, which yield her to grasp different ways of doing business across different companies. While working in London for a year, she was part of a variety of multicultural teams that gave her an outlook experience of what is like to work on international environments.

Later on, Rita started shaping her own path in Management Controlling where she worked in several mature companies, from consumer goods’ Danone to the fast-growing energy sector Neoen. She was involved in a wide range of projects such as managing worldwide teams, as a global coordinator in many different locations and responsible for implementing a new reporting system. On multiple occasions, Rita was also part of the teams that were responsible for driving change into the organizations, which gave her an opportunity to develop her analytical skills and also deepen her knowledge on how to conduct business.
