Armed with an adventurous and positive character type, Ricardo had the privilege of leading and managing teams in large-scale international maritime projects, like ports, piers, jetty’s, breakwaters and dredging work, mostly in North Africa and South America countries.

A motivated and hardworking project manager, Ricardo managed more than 240 M€ in marine construction projects and was able to improve previewed profit. He led teams who successfully oversaw projects in complex, high stress and pressure environments with high KPI’s results and quality standards.

Ricardo is family-man, with a loyal work ethic, whose mission is to create value for both shareholders and stakeholder of each project he’s worked on. He has built his career in the public and private sector, driven by these personal values and is focused on building steady workgroups to achieve common goals.
