With a passion for management and continuous improvement, Carla has been strategically developing HR processes and procedures aligned with the business’s needs.

Carla’ sixteen years’ experience managing the HR teams and participating in multi-disciplinary management projects have enabled her to develop a specific set of skills and tools to achieve goals efficiently on competitive and unfamiliar environments. Simultaneously, she was also an invited university lecturer for 5 years and has developed training programs in performance appraisal and management skills.
Having started her career in HR consulting, Carla was invited to manage the HR of an electrical supplies’ manufacturer, which has now grown to have a total of 430 employees
