With over ten years of experience in the Pharmacy Market, and a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, Maria Clara started working at a hospital’s pharmaceutical services and later got invited to collaborate with a local pharmacy. Clara’s vast sales background combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, quickly earned her a new promotion as vice-director.

Owner of an inspirational spirit and self-determination, she improved customer satisfaction ratings and helped her team increase sales by 10%, for three consecutive years. Afterwards, she got a CCP, applied her expertise in coaching new pharmaceutical technicians and was a technical director of a private clinic’s pharmaceutical services.
