After 7 years leading an industrial and commercial business in Africa and overcoming every challenge in complex economic and social contexts, Ricardo embraced a challenge to develop market exports for Ferpinta SA and managed to increase export sales numbers 5 times in just 4 years.

He describes himself as a results-driven and pragmatic individual that takes pride on his experience in leading a large organization, with industrial and commercial facilities across the African country, through a though environment and fast-growing period. He also was able to set up and guide a commercial team, in Portugal, in performing exceptional growth on mature, competitive and slow growth European market.
