An enthusiastic and highly committed professional, Andreia is driven by results and is an expert on leveraging creativity, leadership and analytical skills.

Andreia had an early start as an 18-year-old trainee in the Purchasing Department at an automotive multinational, where she tackled her negotiation skills and learned how to manage stakeholders’ expectations. Given her natural analytical nature, she was a valuable contribution in process’ improvements with significant productivity gains. After 9 years, she moved to another multinational in the semiconductor industry, while simultaneously pursuing a master’s degree, after working hours, aiming to pivot her career to the financial area. Later on, Andreia joined another opportunity in the Financial Department in a multinational construction tools and services’ business, and has been doing it so for the past 12 years.

She overcame quite a few challenges in a few different roles, such as Project Manager, Team Leader and International Projects Partnerships, that pushed her to re-inventing herself professionally, improving both her analytical and communication skills. Andreia has a deep passion for people, has a high-level engagement, team spirit and thirst for knowledge - and she is not ready to settle down yet.
