In Move Sports, as sales director for the Portugal Rugby Youth Festival, Francisco acquired 175% more teams than in previous years in all five continents and increased 15% of the company's global partnerships.

He started his career by mooving to London to be Deputy Head of Accounts right after finishing his Business Administration degree in Porto. After two years, Francisco decided to venture in opening his own business in education sector, ThinkProSeed, with more than 20 partnerships deals with Universities and Student Unions both in Portugal and Spain. Later on pursuing ,his long-life dream of a career in the sports industry he enrolled in a Sports Management Master in Barcelona.

Francisco's four pillars are Commitment, Honesty, Respect and Teamwork. He's looking for exciting projects to make the difference.
